These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SealMe website, platform, desktop application, and related services. By creating an account or using SealMe, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

SealMe is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity within your account and workspace. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The SealMe Service

SealMe helps users process sales conversations, identify agreed deal terms, create contract drafts, manage deals, and collect electronic signatures.

The service may include early-access, beta, or experimental features that are still being developed. Such features may change, contain errors, or become temporarily unavailable.

3. AI-Generated Content

SealMe uses artificial intelligence and transcription technology to create transcripts, summaries, extracted deal terms, and contract drafts.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular transaction. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all terms, contracts, client information, and other outputs before relying on, sending, or signing them.

SealMe does not provide legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional when necessary.

4. Calls, Participants and Customer Data

You retain ownership of the information, documents, templates, calls, transcripts, client data, and other content you submit to SealMe.

You grant SealMe permission to process that content only as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process personal information through SealMe, informing call participants about any recording or transcription, and obtaining any notice or consent required by applicable law.

5. Contracts and Electronic Signatures

SealMe provides tools for preparing, sending, and electronically signing contracts. You are responsible for determining whether a contract is accurate, complete, enforceable, and appropriate for your intended use.

SealMe does not verify the identity or authority of every signer and does not guarantee that a particular signature method satisfies every legal, regulatory, or contractual form requirement in every jurisdiction.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use SealMe to:

• break the law or violate another person’s rights;

• record or process conversations without a lawful basis;

• upload malicious code or disrupt the service;

• gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;

• copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform;

• impersonate another person or provide misleading information; or

• process highly sensitive information unless you are legally permitted to do so and have appropriate safeguards in place.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect SealMe, our users, or others.

7. Third-Party Services

SealMe may depend on third-party services such as Zoom, Google Meet, Google Calendar, AI providers, transcription providers, hosting services, and email providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes to their features and terms. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own agreements and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

SealMe and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, branding, design, and related materials, excluding content provided by users.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use SealMe for your internal business purposes while your account remains active.

9. Access, Plans and Payment

SealMe may currently be offered through early access, free access, manually approved plans, or other arrangements communicated to you.

If paid subscriptions are introduced, applicable prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refund conditions will be disclosed before you purchase a paid plan.

10. Availability and Termination

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that SealMe will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You may stop using SealMe at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the service, create a security risk, or fail to meet applicable payment obligations.

Sections that should reasonably continue after termination, including intellectual property, liability, and customer responsibilities, will remain effective.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SealMe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that every transcript, AI output, contract, signature, integration, or feature will be accurate, available, or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SealMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or decisions made using AI-generated content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our service, business model, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.

If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
